Position: Manufacturing Laborer
Shift: Rotating shift – 3:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 4:00 AM (must be available to work every day with rotating days off)
Salary: $23 per hour
Location: Balzac (must have reliable transportation, as the location is not accessible by public transit)

Responsibilities
Running the Machines: You'll operate the equipment that mixes raw materials iinto the final products.
Quality Control: You'll inspect the finished products to make sure they're up to standard.
Teamwork: You'll work with your team to keep track of production and make sure things run smoothly.
Maintenance: You'll keep an eye on the machines to watch for any problems and report them right away. You'll also clean and adjust the machines when needed.
Cleanliness: You're responsible for keeping your work area clean and organized.
Flexibility: You'll be expected to take on other tasks as assigned by your supervisors.
Qualifications
Manufacturing experience - 2 years
Machine Operator Experience
Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
Willingness to learn and a great attitude
