Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:

- Collaborate with the company's different business lines and different stakeholders
- Management of the company's strategic initiatives
- Management of operational teams of business analysts and developers
- Project management
- Actively participate in continuous improvement
- Management of escalations and monitoring of team performance
- Bring industry best practices

Qualifications
To excel in this business solutions manager position, you must possess the following skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic management in business solutions
- Experience as business analysis in the retail, manufacturing or distribution environment
- Good knowledge of ERP solutions
- Experience in project management
- Fluency in oral and written French and English
