Responsibilities
-Plan, manage, and conduct complex internal audit engagements from initiation to reporting.
-Work collaboratively with business areas to enhance risk awareness and improve the control environment.
-Lead and participate in audit meetings with stakeholders and management.
-Monitor audit projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to department objectives.
-Prepare and review audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
-Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
-Assist in the development of the annual audit plan for assigned client groups.
Qualifications
-Minimum 4 years of internal audit experience (CPA or CIA preferred) and/or actuarial experience.
-Strong technical audit skills with a solid understanding of risk and controls.
-Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
-Proactive self-starter with excellent time management and deadline-driven mindset.
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build strong networks.
-Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
