Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports, and press releases in alignment with IFRS standards.
- Establish technical accounting positions for new transactions within the company.
- Oversee audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines and addressing all auditor requests.
- Deliver in-depth financial analyses and actionable recommendations to management and various departments to support informed strategic decision-making.
- Propose improvements to financial management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve transparency.
- Prepare and present quarterly updates on accounting developments to the Audit Committee.
Qualifications
For this position, the following requirements are necessary:
- CPA title is required
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements
- Experience in team management
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
