Responsibilities
The Managed Print Services Supplies Specialist is responsible for delivering and maintaining operational excellence for our large, enterprise clients. The Managed Print Services Supplies Specialist ensures company achieves our contracted service levels, through process efficiency, data integrity and inventory management. In this role, the Managed Print Services Supplies Specialist will quarterback supplies escalations regarding the accounts in their portfolio. They will work with a diverse group of departments internally to cross functionally resolve supply issues for clients.
Qualifications
Skills:
• Strong communication skills, spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
• Strength in MS office particularly Excel
• Excellent problem solving abilities combined with the ability to apply critical thinking
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Change agility and ability to adapt to changing customer requirements
Experience:
• Previous experience in business-to-business role
• College Diploma/University Degree is an asset
Languages:
English
