Pay - $30-35+

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery to identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, and other production line equipment.
- Collaborate with machine operators to resolve breakdowns quickly and minimize downtime.
- Work with PLCs and electronic systems as needed to diagnose and correct issues.
- Ensure all work aligns with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training team members and sharing technical knowledge across the department.
- Follow internal safety protocols and regulatory compliance procedures (GMP, HACCP).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a food/beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with electromechanical components such as sensors, drives, and HMIs is a plus.
- Ability to interpret manuals, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Able to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and committment to continuous improvement
