Responsibilities
- Consult manufacturer's manuals, circuit diagrams and blueprints to determine tests and maintenance procedures for instruments used for measuring and controlling flow, level, pressure, temperature, and other variables in packaging and processing.
-Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machine and the plant facility equipment.
-Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
-Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
-Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
-Works collaboratively and professionally with all management and colleagues.
Qualifications
433A or 442A
5+ years of previous experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry with Lead Hand or Supervisor experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and food manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Stronger communicator and ability to coach train and develop a team
