As a Maintenance Operator, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment within the warehouse. This position is responsible for executing the maintenance plan, installing additional equipment, and contributing to the safety of the site. The position offers significant opportunities for growth within the Technical Facilities department.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and committed to continuous improvement, able to find solutions and implementing them with a global vision. Someone who shows a willing attitude even in difficult situations and with excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Operator has to:
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth and safe warehouse operations.
• Coordinate internal interventions and manage external service providers, including scheduling, supervision, and quality evaluation.
• Monitor equipment performance, track corrective actions, and analyze downtime and operational impact.
• Handle maintenance documentation, prepare damage claims, and ensure clear communication regarding ongoing interventions.
• Work on specialized equipment within authorized competencies (e.g., electrical systems), and monitor on-site meters for irregularities.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to plan and prioritize work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and company specifications.
• Manage budgets related to maintenance activities and support the site during on-call periods.
• Enforce health, safety, and operational procedures across all technical activities.
Qualifications
The Maintenance Operator must have:
- At least 1 year experience in a similiar position
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work.
