As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently while making a direct impact on production efficiency and team performance. Advantages
- Shift: Days - 7am-4pm (Must be able to work OT up until 6pm as needed)
- Pay Rate : $40-$45/hr
- Benefits + 2-3 weeks Vacation
Responsibilities
1) Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
2) Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in machinery and equipment.
3) Install and Upgrade Equipment
4) Work on electrical wiring, circuits, and panel installations, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
5) Calibrate and Adjust Equipment
6) Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
7) Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring all work adheres to health and safety regulations.
8) Work with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed 433A preferred
- Must have a strong foundation in your craft
- Strong initiative & All around team player
- Must be able to work independently
- 2-3+ Years experience in a manufacturing facility or plastics/plastic injection molding/extrusion facility is preferred
