Responsibilities
- Supervision of trades maintenance crews focused on plant maintenance and projects
- Communication and planning with plant supervisors
- Assist in building a strong team of reliable professional maintenance personnel
- Establish high level safety and quality standards

Qualifications
- 5 or more years in a supervisory or management maintenance role
- Food and beverage industry experience and knowledge preferred
- Engineering degree or Red Seal trades certification a large benefit
- Positive and efficient communicator
