Position - Mail Room Clerk
Location: On site at the Waterloo office
Salary: Ranges between 19/hr to 21/hr
This is a full time opportunity on contract.
Hours of Operation:
Mon to Fri - between 8 am and 5 pm
(rotating shifts with full time hours)
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
Manage and sort outgoing and incoming mail in company mailroom
Entering data related to customers and other relevant information into the company systems
Categorically organize packages, letters, and envelopes in the mailroom
Printing and labeling packages accurately
Operate basic office equipment including printers, scanners, and barcode readers
Other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
High School completed
At least 1 year of data entry or relevant experience
Strong English communication skills
Proficient with computers and MS office applications
