The analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager for Branch Channel & Network Delivery but will work onsite at various branch locations. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs

Responsibilities
Report to an assigned TD Retail Branch to support document filing and digitization processes.
Prepare paper documents for digitization and operate photocopier/scanner equipment for scanning purposes.
Review and confirm the accuracy of digitized documents, ensuring they meet business requirements.
Maintain the security and organization of physical and digital files.
Provide regular updates to management via email or phone, ensuring timely communication on progress and any issues encountered.
Comply with TD’s Health and Safety rules and adhere to privacy policies and employee conduct guidelines.
Adapt to shifting priorities within the business environment and offer flexibility for branch rotation.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Previous experience in document filing and handling.
Proficient in basic computer operations, particularly document retrieval and storage.
Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
Experience in a corporate environment.
