We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Storage Analyst to join our Branch Banking Delivery Excellence team for a 3-month contract. As a Document Storage Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting document digitization efforts in various TD Canadian Retail Branches, ensuring accurate filing and secure storage of important documents. You will be working closely with the branch staff and management team while reporting remotely to the Senior Manager for Branch Channel & Network Delivery. The role offers opportunities to contribute to efficient document handling processes while working independently within a branch environment.

Responsibilities
Document Preparation: Prepare paper documents stored at the branch for scanning and digitization.
Scanning & Digitization: Use a Ricoh copier/scanner to scan paper documents into digital formats, ensuring that they meet all business requirements.
Document Review: Verify the accuracy of digitally filed documents and ensure that they are organized and meet all compliance standards.
File Management: Safeguard and store physical and digital files securely in designated locations within the branch.
Communication: Provide daily and weekly updates to the management team via email and phone regarding project status and deliverables.
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to TD's Health and Safety policies, including wearing face masks while in shared branch spaces.
Adaptability: Flexibly adjust to shifts in business priorities and work across multiple branch locations as required.
Risk Identification: Proactively communicate emerging risks and issues to management.
Adherence to Privacy & Conduct Policies: Follow TD’s Privacy Policies and Employee Conduct Rules throughout all tasks.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Document Filing Experience: Prior experience with organizing, filing, and digitizing paper documents.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfort with basic operations on a computer and handling office equipment like copiers and scanners.
Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Organizational Skills: Highly developed organizational skills to manage large volumes of documents efficiently.
Independent Worker: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have:
Corporate Experience: Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably within a financial institution.
Experience in Document Digitization: Familiarity with handling and managing digitization projects.
