-Generate and send client cancellation letters for personal lines via registered mail
-Monitor and action requests from the email inbox
-Scan policies as required
-Perform basic printing tasks using color production printers
-Cover receptionist duties during breaks, lunches, and personal time off
-Operate basic office equipment including printers, scanners, and barcode readers
-Utilize MS Office products for various tasks
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-6 months to 1 year experience in a professional working environment
-Experience in a client-facing environment preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
-Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
-Proficiency in reading, writing, and following English instructions
-Intermediate proficiency with computers and MS Office products
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
-Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
