Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of packaging conversion equipment (Solventless Laminator, Slitter, Pouch Converter)
- Assist and become an expert with the production setup of machines.
- Check dockets and ensure all requirements are adhered to on the job.
- Provide front line quality checks for WIP and finished goods coming off each station, reporting any variances or defects to production leads and managers.
- Ensure that all packaging and labeling requirements are met.
- Warehouse cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Assist with shipping and receiving.


Qualifications
- Min 1 year machine operator experience
- High level coordination and exceptional attention to detail.
- Quick learner with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to consistently meet departmental deadlines.
- Positive attitude with emphasis on team work, flexibility and problem solving.
- Forklift certification.
