Responsibilities
-Maintain excellent relations with existing customers.
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing and service
- Track, analyze and ensure measurement tools are in place
- Work closely with dispatch to complete daily deliveries
- Collaborate with various departments to be an effective account manager (logistics management, credit, marketing, technical services and customer service).
- Handle shipment documents such as: Bills of lading, Proof of deliveries, invoices
Qualifications
- Advanced bilingualism French and English *required*
- Dynamic and autonomous personality, willing to take on new challenges
- Knowledge of logistics-related characteristics
- Good computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Proactive and able to deal with unforeseen circumstances
