Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced operations/service levels
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing logistics processes, leveraging data and technology to optimize operations for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure the seamless implementation of solutions.
- Provide guidance on operational best practices, process improvements, and customer service excellence
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for clients
- Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year in logistics coordination, supply chain analysis or account management in the transportation industry
- Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingualism is a must
