Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager and Leadership in administrative and operational activities.
Manage warehouse administrative processes, employee records, and assist in onboarding/offboarding.
Welcome visitors, handle communications, and coordinate with head office teams.
Manage agency orders, purchase requests, and verify invoices.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards (Good Practices, 5S compliance).
Support HR-related administrative tasks and help ensure procedural compliance.
Contribute to warehouse reporting activities and suggest process improvements.
Promote and ensure adherence to site safety and security policies.
Assist during audits and ensure compliance with certifications.
Qualifications
University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
Significant experience in operations management, ideally in logistics, supply chain or industrial
production.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Significant experience in warehouse operations
Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage.
Interest in logistics, administration, or operations fields.
