-37.5 hours a week, with 45 minutes lunch break
-6:00am to 2:30pm schedule

Responsibilities
-Plan and coordinate the collection of goods by establishing daily driver routes.
-Track the progress of collections in real time to ensure execution according to the planned deployment and driver schedules.
-Provide effective support to drivers and resolve any occasional issues.
-Ensure follow-up on fuel invoices.
-Participate in verifying transport-related expenses, billing, and claims.
-Keep the logistics manager informed of issues and present possible solutions.
-Replace the logistics manager as needed.
-Develop and maintain reports related to the logistics department (Astuce).
-Keep the daily route sheet, logistics dashboard up to date, and communicate relevant information to the operations team.
Qualifications
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator
-Bilingual in English and French
-Excellent analytical skills
-Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
-Great communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience in the Food Industry a plus
-Bachelor's degree in logistics a plus
