Responsibilities
-Manage delivery planning and orders for bulk products to customers
-Achieve cost and service objectives
-Optimize and coordinate driver's routes/schedule and communicate with drives regularly
-Communicate with Procurement department to optimize inbound flows
-Make appropriate cost decisions based on order size and supplier available (cost vs service decisions)
-after-sales service to customers
-Follow up on deliveries by 3rd party carriers
-Handle on time invoicing to customers and distributors for inventory levels
-Participate in projects such as implementation of Bulk Software
Qualifications
-Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning and/or Inventory Management
-Bilingual in English and French
-Excellent analytical skills
-Great communication and interpersonal skills
-Independent and takes initiative
-Sensitivity to Customer needs
-Bachelor's degree in logistics a plus
