Responsibilities
•Act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and operations, ensuring smooth communication and preventing errors when converting designs into production.
•Become highly proficient in using the Acumatica ERP system.
•Under the direction of the Operations Manager, coordinate production between the sales and operations teams, and track orders in progress as well as their scheduled shipping dates.
•Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as invoicing and coordinating delivery dates for clients.
•Ensure compliance with the workflow processes established by the Operations Manager.
•Work directly with clients and installers to plan deliveries and installations.
Qualifications
• 3 years of similar experience in administrative support, project management, or operations.
• Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
