Responsibilities
- Support the Operations team by (small parcel, LTL, FTL, air, and ocean freight shipments).
- Work closely with carriers and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure compliance with all shipping regulations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support from the start.
- Assist in preparing quotes, pricing, and other documentation for potential and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize logistics operations and sales to enhance efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is an asset.
Knowledge of small parcel, LTL, FTL, air, and ocean shipping is an asset.
Experience in supporting sales teams and onboarding new clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with logistics software and tools.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
