- Hours ranging around 7:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule
- Salary depending on experience, 58-65k range.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with agents and partners for movement of freight
- Be the primary contact for inquiries and concerns
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the entire logistics process
- Record and manage the communications with agents, tracking issues, updates, and more
- Issue invoices and manage billing process for services rendered
- Coordinate with internal operations team for optimization of routes
- Generate reports on carrier/agent performances and efficiency
- Working closely with sales, operations and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- French and English is necessary
- 2 years experience in LTL transport environment in logistics (tracking, billing, etc)
- 1 year experience using TMS software (Truckmate preferred)
- A true team player who posses leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
- Organized and ability to prioritize tasks
