As a Logistic Site Assistant, you will provide support on the various administrative procedures related to the day-to-day management of a logistic warehouse. You take care of the administrative management of the entry and exit of employees while playing an active role in the development of a good working climate. This is an entry level position with opportunities for advancement within the logistic administration department.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and committed to continuous improvement, showing a willing attitude even in difficult situations and with excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities
The Logistic Site Assistant has to:
• Supports the Site Manager in administrative tasks, decision-making, and action plan follow-up.
• Manages administrative procedures and advises employees.
• Welcomes visitors, handles calls, and ensures communication with headquarters.
• Handles site orders and purchases, and verifies invoices.
• Assists in budget preparation and forecast tracking.
• Monitors Quality, Safety, Security, and Environmental commitments; ensures compliance with Good Practices (GxP, 5S).
• Oversees daily HR activities and ensures adherence to HR procedures.
• Contributes to performance reporting, identifies discrepancies, and suggests improvements.
• Ensures team compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Prepares for audits in line with site certifications.
Qualifications
The Logistic Site Assistant must have:
- At least 1 year experience in a similiar position
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Management experience
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work.
