Monday-Friday work week, between 9am and 8pm
2 weeks vacation in first year, 3 after that!

Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls from prospects and clients.
- Accompany and advise clients in the analysis of their life insurance needs.
- Provide accurate and useful information to clients
- Propose and sell products adapted to their needs in order to contribute to the company's sales development
- Ensure the quality of the customer experience
- Act as an expert advisor to your clients
- Transform potential customers into loyal customers and enthusiastic followers
Qualifications
- Must Possess a valid LLQP license (no need to have worked in insurance)
- Excellent customer service/sales skills
- Experience working in a call centre/structured work environment is essential
- Organizational skills and rigorous work ethic
- Ability to assimilate technical concepts, and multitask skills
- Motivation, initiative and excellent time management skills
- Mastery of sales techniques
- Keyboard agility and computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
