Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to customers
Respond to inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone and email
Assist customers in using our products and services
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our support processes
Qualifications
Availability for evenings and weekends
Experience in customer service (call center experience is a plus)
Bilingual (French/English)
Technical skills and an interest in new technologies
