Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in financial services and mortgage processes to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to platform migration and support the successful implementation of new systems.
- Manage pre- and post-launch activities, gathering and acting on customer feedback to refine strategies and enhance satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the mortgage, lending, or real estate sectors.
- Specialized knowledge of mortgage and real estate practices, products, and technologies; title insurance knowledge is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with a commitment to customer service.
