Advantages

Responsibilities
- Supporting two Lawyers with files (approx. 50-60 files)
-Serving documents, filing, scheduling
-Administer file organization tasks, including opening/closing files, data entry, and document uploads.
- Draft and file correspondence for Court, Justice Services Online, and My Ontario Account.
-Work on files from start to finish
-Utilize team connect, adobe, Microsoft Office, and internal software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in law firms focused on accident benefits or in house insurance companies
- Familiarity with AB terminology
-Ability to work on files from start to finish
- Expertise in software systems like TeamConnect, Adobe, Microsoft Office
- Strong document management and organizational skills.
- High ethical standards, adept at handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
