Position: Legal and Internal Control Supervisor

Responsibilities
Purchase Order Approvals: Review and authorize customer purchase orders in accordance with established guidelines.
Organize Contract Records: Maintain a centralized and well-organized database for contracts, enabling easy access and retrieval.
Document Board Proceedings: Record and manage meeting minutes from board discussions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Internal Control Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT departments to address internal control matters and implement effective solutions.
Execute Annual Control Plans: Develop and oversee the implementation of annual internal control initiatives as mandated by the parent company.
Track Global Developments: Monitor and analyze global political and legal trends, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Senior Management Team.
Mitigate Organizational Risks: Partner with external legal counsel, the parent company, and affiliated entities to proactively address and reduce potential risks across the organization.
Foster Team Collaboration: Equip and mentor team members to effectively juggle priorities and operate seamlessly as a cohesive unit.
Contract Oversight: Evaluate and update contractual agreements to ensure alignment with company risk policies, stakeholder requirements, and relevant legal standards.
Risk Identification and Mitigation: Assess organizational vulnerabilities and propose effective strategies to address or prevent risks.
Contractual Guidance: Support internal stakeholders by interpreting contract language and clearly articulating the implications of specific clauses.
Engage in Negotiations: Represent the company in discussions with customers via video or phone calls when required.
Issue Escalation: Escalate critical concerns through the appropriate channels to ensure swift and effective resolution.
Address Contractual Disputes: Provide advice on resolving disputes and enforcing contract terms in line with organizational policies.
Qualifications
Over 4 years of experience in drafting, revising, managing, and negotiating commercial contracts, with a preference for experience in an industrial environment.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong skills in drafting, editing, and meticulous proofreading.
