Responsibilities
• Responsible for leasing and strategic merchandising of a specific portfolio of shopping centers
• In collaboration with the Director of Leasing and under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Leasing, manage the rent roll and objectives for the assigned portfolio
• Maintain a daily record of calls and leasing inquiries
• In collaboration with the Director of Leasing and under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Leasing, negotiate and sign lease agreements, lease offers, letters of intent, renewals, and lease amendments
• In collaboration with the Assistant Vice President of Leasing, manage deadlines and financing criteria
• Monitor lease expirations for the centers and proactively plan for upcoming deadlines
• Manage updates of center information (texts, site plans, images) for our portfolio and the website with the leasing coordinator and graphic designer
• Prepare leasing newsletters with the marketing department
• Establish good relationships and maintain ongoing contact with brokers, tenants, and prospective tenants
• Participate in the preparation of monthly reports for management
• Participate in the preparation of trade shows
• Other related tasks
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience ;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Strong networking and negotiating skills ;
• Creative thinking ;
• Ability to work independently ;
• Bilingual (both verbal and written);
• Experience with Asana or a similar collaborative work management platform.
