Responsibilities
-Interpret leases negotiated with commercial property tenants, and related documents, to enter legal and financial information into the Yardi system.
-Draft and update tenant lease parameters in the Yardi system for billing, financial and legal analysis and reporting purposes
-Ensure accuracy of data input and prioritize tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
-Verify lease information in the system against original legal documents
-Perform lease management tasks as required
-Ensure monthly billing follow-up
Qualifications
-College diploma in legal or paralegal technology and at least two years' experience in lease and/or commercial administration OR equivalent relevant experience in real estate (shopping centers)
-Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of the MS Office suite
-Knowledge of Yardi an asset
-Fluency in French and English** (oral and written)
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
-Flexible work schedule
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Good analytical skills and basic accounting knowledge
-Energetic, positive and willing to learn
