Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Learning Design colleagues to estimate work effort, set timelines, and enhance learning experiences.
• Leverage best-in-class methodologies and innovative technologies to create learning solutions across multiple formats (instructor-led, virtual, digital).
• Develop learning assets such as web-based training modules, job aids, participant guides, and infographics.
• Design graphic elements to support learning content, ensuring alignment with branding, accessibility standards, and user experience best practices.
• Lead quality assurance and testing processes with internal teams and vendors to ensure digital assets meet business requirements.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
• 3–5 years of experience in a learning development role.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 3 & 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Audacity), demonstrated with a portfolio of work to share with the hiring team.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Basic to intermediate HTML coding skills.
• Experience designing and developing learning content across multiple formats (mobile, social, gamification, video, classroom, virtual, and blended learning).
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Awareness of learning industry trends and emerging technologies.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Dreamweaver.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Bilingual (English/French).
