Responsibilities
• Portfolio Execution: Assist the L&D team in implementing learning solutions for line-of-business (LOB) initiatives.
• Evaluation & Measurement: Develop and execute plans to track and analyze program performance, including budgeting, audience analysis, attendance, readiness assessments, and business metrics using advanced Excel and business analysis skills.
• Content Development Support: Aid the design and development team in capturing and organizing system screenshots and assets, leveraging tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Program Deployment: Manage key aspects of large-scale program delivery, including participant selection, vendor coordination, learner enrollment, and attendance tracking in collaboration with Practice Management teams and L&D leaders.
• Asset Organization: Establish consistent processes for storing and organizing project assets and disseminating communications to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines or deliverables and escalate concerns to the Senior Learning Specialist as needed.
• Inbox Management: Oversee the Learning mailbox, responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups related to planning and learner support.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Organize and document meetings, track action items, and maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners, including the Centre of Excellence (COE) and Practice Management.
• Intake Oversight: Manage and submit intake requests to engage COE teams and other partners, such as LMS teams, HR, and Vendor Management, in alignment with the project plan.
• LMS Management: Handle ad-hoc LMS requests, collaborate with LMS analysts and course owners to define specifications, and ensure smooth course launches.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor and report on program budgets, facilitating status meetings to track financial progress and ensure alignment with forecasts.
• Issue Resolution: Address daily escalations related to course exemptions, functionality issues, and other learner concerns, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently.
Qualifications
• Experience as a Learning Specialist, preferably in systems training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with foundational business analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in Learning & Development, including managing and delivering training programs.
