Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain learning data on the Client’s Campus for courses, curricula, tests and content, across the full range of delivery channels supporting all business lines globally
• Deploy learning content and files for internal partners and external suppliers on development and production servers
• Coordinate data uploads into the Client’s Campus from other sources such as 3rd party suppliers (i.e. CSI & IBM). Coordinate the creation of tests/exams and quality assurance (QA) testing for content and functionality
• Conduct regular maintenance of learning data on the Client’s Campus to ensure accuracy and maintain knowledge of the Client’s Campus reporting capability for oversight/administration
Program Coordination
• Coordinate National, U.S. & International deliveries within areas of practice and delivery channel. Delivery includes all logistical requirements (i.e. invite, pre-work and program support). Must meet monthly deadlines provided by Business Support. Responsible for logistical administration duties, including evaluation link and tracking participant attendance/learning history
• Uses Microsoft Project to organize work effort and establish Program Road Maps, processes/checklists to assist with completion of all logistical delivery requirements
• Collaborate and partner with Program Managers to proactively prepare, plan, organize and execute all logistical program delivery requirements. Proactively prepare charge-outs, invoices for processing, and electronically submit to Program Manager’s for approval
• Liaise and support Facilitator(s) and site Contact as required regarding participants, program arrangement, and logistical set-up and event breakdown in advance of delivery. Collaborate and partner with Desktop/Print/Production for the order, assembly and shipment of program materials. Liaise with primary external/internal professionals and service providers as guided by Program Roadmaps/Checklists
Learner Experience
• Provide first level learner support regarding logistical delivery questions and provide support to the the Client’s Learning mailbox and central line
• Investigate and resolve learner and learning issues that are received from internal partners or escalated from the HR Service Centre via general mailbox
Efficiency and Effectiveness
• Ensure consistent application of existing processes and best practices and proactively make recommendations on change or future practices. Participate in and contribute to Monthly Issues Review call. Contribute to and remain current with SharePoint tools, including documented processes and job aides
• Provide back-up support to applicable the Client’s team members during absences
Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Learning event planning experience is required given the need for strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Strong computer skills with expert and administrative knowledge of technology for Microsoft Project, the Client’s Campus, Excel, Word, Outlook, Web Alliance
Nice-to-have
• Proficient in supporting programs delivered in various learning channels (classroom, e-classroom, WBL, etc.)
• Working knowledge of HTML coding
• Functional and procedural Adult Learning expertise (i.e. basic understanding of learning evaluation methods and forms)
Skills & Competencies:
• Consistently demonstrates a service-minded attitude
• Highly developed data management and data entry skills
• Very effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and high concern for order
• Proven adaptability and problem solving experience
