• Designs and implements comprehensive learning solutions that effectively address organizational needs and promote employee development.
• Skillfully manages multiple projects and competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high quality standards.
• Possesses deep expertise in relevant subject matter and actively stays abreast of emerging trends and best practices within the field.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates potential risks, safeguarding the organization's assets and fostering a culture of responsible risk management.
Qualifications
• 5+ years as an Instructional Designer/Developer designing e-learning solutions.
• Education in Instructional Design or Adult Learning.
• Expert in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools for learning projects
• Expertise creating and designing curriculum
• preference will be given to talent with banking experience and French/English language skills.
