We are seeking a Leadership Development & Change Management Consultant to support our client’s transformation initiatives. This role involves providing expert facilitation, training, and organizational development strategies to help managers lead and support employees through change. The consultant will work on an as-needed basis to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the clients structure, governance, and Transformation Implementation Plan.
- Develop, update, and facilitate bilingual (English/French) workshops, sessions, and events, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to coordinate efforts and gather input.
- Enhance managers’ ability to lead employees through organizational change across headquarters, regional offices, and international missions.
- Share strategies for improving team well-being, cohesion, and collaboration using a transformational/human-centered leadership approach.
- Introduce and apply change management tools such as appreciative inquiry, emotional intelligence, growth mindset strategies, and overcoming biases.
- Assess participant needs, review organizational transformation objectives, and analyze leadership strengths and weaknesses.
- Design and implement mentorship initiatives, leadership improvement programs, and coaching sessions to enhance change management and organizational development skills.
- Establish forums, facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and develop strategies to improve leadership, stakeholder alignment, and succession planning.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, identify quick wins, and provide post-event reports, debriefs, and feedback analyses.
Qualifications
- Experience developing and facilitating change leadership workshops for managers.
- Expertise in coaching and training leadership in change management and organizational development.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to design and deliver training programs in high-impact environments.
- Ability to analyze leadership strengths and weaknesses at the executive/manager level.
- Expertise in human-centered leadership, coaching, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics.
- Ability to support leadership in defining shared understanding, vision, and strategic direction.
- Proven skills in improving interpersonal and team communication.
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond to shifting priorities in a government setting.
- Experience gathering input and feedback to design strategic exercises and dialogue sessions.
