Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in St-Marys, as the Lead Hand - Production :

• Encouraging the safety of all employees, by promoting a safe environment and encouraging behavioral self- awareness
• Responsible for contributing to productivity, reaching KPI targets and on-time delivery;
• Working with the production team to troubleshoot an resolve production backlogs and other issues.
• Actively participate and contribute to all safety activities and continuous improvement and manage the 5S policy.
• Lead and/or contribute to project teams focused on safety, productivity, waste and quality improvements.
• Ensure follow-through on all policies and procedures and working closely with all members of the Production team.
• Additionally, the successful incumbent will be responsible for addressing and following up with maintenance/machine repairs when required
• Assisting with crewing needs as required
