We are looking for a passionate and motivated land surveyor to join our team within a large European group which is setting up in Quebec, more precisely in Montreal in 2025!
The main role will be to carry out precise measurements on site, analyze the customer's needs and certify the measurement results. You will be responsible for 3D modeling of the data collected, using advanced technologies to take measurements.
As a measuring surveyor, you will be required to:
Take on-site measurements and understand the specific needs of the project.
Certify and process the results of geodetic measurements.
Perform 3D modeling work using specialized software.
Ensure fluid communication with the team to guarantee the quality of work.

Responsibilities
Carry out on-site surveys, understand project needs and take the necessary measurements.
Processing and certification of geodetic measurement results.
3D modeling of data using specialized software (Cyclon Register 360, Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Bentley Microstation, Smart Plan 3D, E3D).
Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy of surveys and models.
Ensure frequent travel to work sites and manage field missions with autonomy.
Learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in surveying or geomatics, or any other relevant certification as a land surveyor.
Experience in the following sectors: 3D drawing, laser surveying, surveyor surveying, and use of machines for taking measurements.
Technical skills: Proficiency in modeling and design software, including:
Cyclon Register 360 (a major asset)
Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD 2D and 3D
Bentley Microstation
Smart Plan 3D, E3D
Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory to communicate with clients outside Quebec.
Personality: Autonomous, serious, rigorous, and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and demanding work environment. The person must be proactive and have excellent learning ability.
Mobility: Open to frequent travel and regular on-site trips.
