Responsibilities
- Review documents via email to identify discrepancies for Title Officers
- Provide customer support via email with Lenders/ Brokers/ Lawyers
- Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance the overall customer service experience
- Work independently on a day to day
- Search Canada wide discharge documents (exception- Quebec)
- Assist with reports, filing and data entry as required.
Qualifications
-Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions
-Experience utilizing Terraview and Terranet
-Ability to read Canada wide title searches
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment is considered an asset
- Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
-Ability to multi task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
