We’re seeking a motivated and organized Junior Title Officer to join our team. Position: Junior Title Officer
Type: Permanent Role
Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days work from home / week
Location: Oakville (Ford Dr and Sheridan Garden Dr intersection)

Salary: $39,430 annually + 5% Annual Bonus Incentive

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the company inbox, ensuring emails and documents are correctly sorted and categorized.
- Upload and review documents from lenders, identifying key information and ensuring accuracy.
- Process and review payout statements to ensure mortgage settlements are handled efficiently.
- Update internal systems with necessary changes and maintain detailed documentation.
- Work closely with Title Officers and the team to ensure smooth workflow and information accuracy.
- Assist with data entry, internal documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail when handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in data entry, administration, banking, or legal support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with frequent changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience in mortgage or title services is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
