Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for desktop and laptop issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
Respond to and resolve incoming IT support tickets via phone, email, and in-person requests.
Set up new user accounts and configure workstation hardware/software.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network connectivity and other IT-related problems.
Assist with the deployment of software updates and patches across desktop systems.
Maintain and organize IT inventory, including computers, peripherals, and other devices.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of conference rooms and meeting equipment.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
Provide basic training to end-users on new software, hardware, and IT policies.
Perform routine maintenance and system backups as required.
Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, etc.).
