We are working with a leading company in the stainless steel industry, looking for an Inside Sales Junior – Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales support, excellent communication skills, and experience processing orders in a computerized system. This role offers room for growth and the chance to work with a supportive and energetic team!

- Competitive salary based on experience $50,000 - 60,000/year + bonus
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales department in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotations via email
- Process orders and back orders using SM3 software and ensure timely delivery updates
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and transportation teams to manage orders and logistics
- Maintain inventory control and process add-ons to existing orders
- Develop a strong knowledge of stainless steel products and customer applications
- Professionally interact with executive management, supervisors, and employees
- Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Adhere to all Health & Safety rules and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager / National Processing Manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, ideally in an ISO environment
- Experience with technical specifications, engineering standards, and product lines is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SM3 software
- Must be able to read and interpret instructions and product drawings
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and exercise good judgment
- Valid G2 Driver’s License in good standing
