Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure the maintenance of accounting records and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, treasury and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Participate in the improvement of accounting processes and the implementation of management tools adapted to the growth of the company
- Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards.
- Prepare financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Support management in cash flow management and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. An accounting designation (CPA in progress or completed) is an asset.
- 2 to 5 years of accounting experience
- Excellent command of Excel, accounting tools and a good understanding of accounting principles.
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
