Collect overdue accounts
Deposit cheques
Process credit card payments via payment terminal
Record payments in the accounting system
Handle client calls and e-mails
Distribute incoming mail
Maintain customer database up to date
Participate in the archiving of paper and electronic files
Participate in any other needs of the accounting department in collaboration with other team members
Qualifications
DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
0-2 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Quickbooks or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
Excel
