Responsibilities
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
-Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
-Perform routine maintenance tasks
-Organize custodial closets and spaces
-Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1- 3 years of experience;
- Ability to perform physical tasks involved in cleaning process: bending, lifting, walking, carrying tools;
- Ability to follow instructions well and to deliver excellent results in a timely manner.
