Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this IT Technician - Support and Maintenance at this well known non-profit Company in Ville Saint-Laurent ;
- Take inventory of software on workstations.
- Meet with customer to identify workstation specificities.
- Fully master the proposed new workstation installation procedure.
- Use appropriate SCCM (Microsoft) sequenced tasks for new workstation installation.

- Validate/adjust specific items to be monitored (Favorites, Onenote, OneDrive, GPO, etc.).
- Be alert to problems that may arise and resolve them, and/or report them as appropriate.
- Assist users in getting to grips with IT tools and software when their workstation is delivered.
