Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Director, the holder of the position based in Montreal will be responsible for:

• Perform daily IT support for employees
• Participate in technological innovation projects
• Deployment of Windows workstations and installation of peripherals
• Provide the solutions required for optimal use
• Document technical information and procedures
• Be able to work independently, but also as a team within the IT team and/or with our suppliers

Qualifications
You meet the following criteria:

• Diploma in computer technology or equivalent experience
• You have 2 years of experience in IT
• Resourceful, autonomous and impeccable customer service
• Mastery of the Windows environment (Windows 10, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, Teams)
• Network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP)
• Bilingual
