Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse IT positions, including permanent and consulting roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Source, identify, and attract top IT talent using innovative search strategies.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future needs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment practices and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of IT roles and competencies.
Strong communication skills in French, with functional proficiency in English required; bilingualism is an asset.
Excellent sourcing skills, including proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a results-driven team.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
