Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
Project Initiation and Planning: Regular stakeholder communication, directing project management resources, contract change management, risk/opportunity monitoring, activity/deliverable coordination, project data management.
Budgeting and Schedule: Detailed schedule maintenance, budget adherence, implementation management.
Procurement: Defining project requirements, procurement plan development.
Project Execution, Monitoring, and Controlling: Project plan delivery, scope/schedule/budget/quality/risk management, stakeholder communication, change control, navigating internal processes, budget management, progress claim review, regular reporting, issue/opportunity management, quality assurance, staff training coordination.
Project Close Out: Closeout review, information assembly, lessons learned, final closeout.
Qualifications
10+ years of IT project management experience.
PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
Expertise in project lifecycles, planning, resource/cost/schedule estimation.
Business case development experience.
Public sector project management experience.
Multiple project management experience.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, facilitation, critical thinking, problem resolution, and communication skills.
