Responsibilities
• Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, & integrating Agile best practices into the project delivery
• Aligning project scope, goals, & deliverables to business objectives in collaboration with the senior leadership team & internal stakeholders
• Advise the Manager of Data Product Delivery on all aspects of project delivery, providing expert insights & recommendations
• Lead the team in establishing agile best practices for resource utilization, product prioritization, value management, status delivery & project sizing
• Manage various projects concurrently & communicate appropriate update to leadership team
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, agility, & collaboration among team members by acting as an Agile Coach & applying change management techniques..
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following:
• University graduation in business, management or related discipline, and four years of Project Management (PM) experience; OR
• Two-year diploma in business, management or related discipline and six years of PM experience; OR
• One year certificate in business, management or related discipline and seven years of PM experience; OR
• Eight years of PM experience
• 2 years of experience in coaching teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating agile ceremonies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Desirable Requirements:
• Active professional Scrum Master certification.
• Currently active PMP or PGMP Certification as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent (attach a copy of the certificate)
• Prosci change management certification or designation
• 2 years of experience driving Agile adoption and cultural transformation through coaching, training, and team facilitation.
• 8 years of experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures.
• 5 years of experience in Agile project methodology.
• 3 years of experience in leading organizational change initiatives with proven results.
• 2 years of experience with Agile backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• 8 years of experience working on multiple projects at one time.
